Can I use songs commercially?
You may use songs you generate, including commercially, under the per-song license. Full songs are made with YuE2-3B, self-hosted on IronSound-operated servers, when that engine is available; otherwise they fall back to Google Lyria 3.5. 30-second clips use Google Lyria 3 Clip, and studio WAV masters use Google Lyria 3.5. Lyria output carries an inaudible Google SynthID watermark; YuE2-3B output does not. Each song's license file names the engine that made it. Lyria tracks are also subject to Google Gemini paid API terms. Do not clone a specific artist's voice, submit copyrighted lyrics you do not own, or generate content that violates applicable law.
Who owns my song?
Your per-song license spells out what you can do: use the track, including commercially, subject to IronSound terms (and Google Gemini paid API terms on Lyria tracks). It covers the generated track only, not the model or its training data.
Can I use an artist's voice?
No. Do not clone a specific artist's voice and do not submit copyrighted lyrics you do not own. The composer refuses prompts that ask for voice cloning, a named artist, or a reference track.
How can a client check my license?
Each license.txt carries a signature bound to the song ID, engine, and date. Anyone can check a song's stored license signature at /api/licenses/verify?songId=<id>, no account needed, once the song's license has been issued.
