License
Every song page shows a per-song license: track title, song ID, generation date, and the account it was generated for. Download the mix (MP3 or studio WAV) from the song page and keep this text with it. It is what you show a client. You also get stems and a streaming master on full songs and studio WAVs (not 30-second clips). Vocals and drums are separated from the mix; bass and other are derived reference tracks, not separated stems (the README in the stems zip explains each file). The streaming master aims at about −14 LUFS. The mix download stays the original unmastered file.
Full songs are made with YuE2-3B, self-hosted on IronSound-operated servers, when that engine is available; otherwise they fall back to Google Lyria 3.5. 30-second clips use Google Lyria 3 Clip, and studio WAV masters use Google Lyria 3.5. Lyria output carries an inaudible Google SynthID watermark; YuE2-3B output does not. Each song's license file names the engine that made it. Do not remove the SynthID watermark from Lyria tracks. The downloadable license on each song states which terms apply. Do not claim a YuE2-3B track was produced by Google.
You may use songs you generate, including commercially, subject to the per-song license and these terms. Lyria tracks are also subject to Google Gemini paid API terms. You are responsible for your prompts: no cloning a specific artist's voice, no copyrighted lyrics you do not own.
Credits are spent when a generation starts. If generation fails, your credits go back to your balance (not a cash refund), once per failed run. Pack purchases are one-time Polar checkouts and do not renew. Polar is the reseller and merchant of record. Polar may refund a payment under its buyer terms. Keep your Polar receipt next to the file as purchase proof.
Songs are private to your account. See pricing for packs and terms for the full agreement.
